How to Embed YouTube Videos In Blogger Posts

YouTube is one of the best and popular video sharing website that enable us to upload videos for free and its too easy to upload video on YouTube. Sometimes words cannot explain better than a video so, need to add video into the post, we wrote in our blog. So, in this article i am going to show how you can put / embed YouTube video in your blogger post.

To embed YouTube video to your blogger posts, you will need to create an account on YouTube that can be done with your Gmail account email ID. Without creating account on YouTube you will be not able to upload videos on YouTube. However, you can embed YouTube videos which are uploaded by someone else on YouTube. Its up to you, whether you want to embed your own videos or videos which are uploaded by someone else.

Now, lets move directly to the tutorial of how to embed YouTube video in blogger post.

First of all choose the video from the YouTube which you would like to embed in your blogger post.once you choose the video look after the title of the video in YouTube , there you will see some options like : About, Share, Add to. Click on the "Share" tab. Now, you will see few more options like : Share this video, Embed, Email. Click on "Embed" Then embed code will be displayed that you can use for embedding that video to your blogger post.

As you can see above image. there is an option to choose the size of the video right after the text area box of the code. 560x315 is default size that you can change according to your need. once you modify the size, above code will be updated automatically.

Once you are ready with the code, copy the full code from the text area.

Now, go to blogger and open the post where you want to embed the video. In the post editor, change it to HTML mode and paste the embed code and see the preview of the post. Once you are satisfied with it click publish and you're done.
